SPONSORED ARTICLES AND LINK PLACEMENTS

Most of our articles will have do-follow links, however, should the link(s) become broken or deemed poor or risky by Google, they will be removed. We have automatic broken link detection on our site that notifies us of broken links. We can not provide dead or risky or toxic links since these harm our site’s credibility and rankings.

It is the responsibility of our clients to ensure that their links are viable, safe, and of decent quality.

From time to time we may have the opportunity to further monetize content by accepting a relevant link and anchor text into published content from a third party. By submitting your content to Cupertinotimes.com you are in agreement with this policy.

Since internal links are a positive ranking factor, we encourage the addition of relevant internal links.  We will add at least one relevant internal link to submitted articles.

THE USE OF ANY COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL IS USED UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF “FAIR USE” IN TITLE 17 § 107 OF THE UNITED STATES CODE. SUCH MATERIAL REMAINS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE ORIGINAL HOLDER AND IS USED HERE FOR THE PURPOSES OF EDUCATION, COMPARISON, AND CRITICISM ONLY. NO INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT IS INTENDED

Permanent

Regarding the “permanent” placement of content.  If your content is approved it will be published on our home page, which is our blog roll.  When it scrolls off the home page it is still accessible via search and in the archive.  We guarantee that approved sponsored articles and link placements will remain on our site for a minimum of one year. In most cases, the content remains on our site for much longer as can be seen in our archive which dates back to August 2014.  If after one year, the content has proven to be risky, or of little interest to our visitors it may be removed.  We reserve the right to cull content that does not perform, is no longer relevant, or contains broken links.

If at some point in the future CTSD Web Publishing, LLC. no longer owns Cupertinotimes we of course will no longer have any control of the content.

Payment Policy

All orders for link placements and sponsored articles are billed at net-15.  That means your order needs to be paid within 15 days from the billing date on the invoice.  Failure to pay will result in links being removed. The article will remain on Cupertinotimes. Links can be reinserted anytime after 15 days once payment has been received.

Due to the number of delinquent orders we have received, new clients will now be required to pay in advance.  Once creditworthiness has been established, billing at net 15 days will apply.

Once an article or link has been published on our site and has had the benefit of being published, there is no refund. All payments are final. Here’s why:

  1. Each article is proofread
  2. grammar and spelling checked and corrected as needed
  3. up to five keywords are added
  4. a suitable image is found
  5. alt tags provided
  6. A meta description is added
  7. general editing for readability as needed
  8. Every effort is made to improve the article’s SEO score
  9. Articles are also promoted on our social media pages

Our fees cover the costs of these services. Once these services are provided, there is no refund.
