Have you ever been stuck with a math problem and had no idea what to do? That was me too when I was doing homework back in the day and the teacher went too fast for me to fully comprehend what they were saying. I found a very innovative tool called Mathway from the developer, Mathway, LLC. This tool is both a website and a mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod (Available in the App Store) which solves most any type of math problem there is. From simple addition problems to complicated trigonometric functions, Mathway will give you the answer.
Mathway has many features the user can choose from. For instance, it has a variety of subjects such as pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus, stats, and chemistry. In these subjects, there are keys which an individual can choose from for the questions that they have. The keys vary between the different subjects. For instance, if you have an algebraic question one can just use the keys that are necessary for the algebra subject. This is a very useful tool for students of all ages if they do not understand the problem and this allows them to check if their answers are right or wrong.
Moreover, Mathway has other unique tools that can be utilized if one subscribes to their premium account which is a subscription of $19.99 per month or $79.99 per year. From experience, the premium accounts explain, step by step, the work that is done in order to solve the problem at hand. This was so useful for me when I was a student because if I didn’t know how to get from Step A to Step B, Mathway Premium showed me the process of how to solve the problem. Furthermore, Mathway Premium is useful if one truly needs the extra help. Moreover, it is truly special in how it is an online based calculator which can solve an abundance of problems ranging from math topics to chemistry. All in all, Mathway is one of the most useful tools that I’ve used when I was in school and still is because it makes me double check if my answers are correct or not and it can possibly help you too if you have troubles with math.
