There are a number of us who have jailbroken our iPhones at one time or another.  Sometimes this ends in a stuck device that can’t enter or exit recovery mode, which is frustrating.  Even if you haven’t jailbroken your device there are times when it can be in this state where it will not function. It’s almost reminiscent of the old blue screen of death we have all experienced on our computers. Reset won’t work, swearing and praying won’t work.  It’s a frustrating experience.  The developer, Tenorshare has released a one click solution that will solve this problem. A utility known as Reiboot. Reiboot will work on any IOS device; iPhone, iPad, and iPod. You can enter or exit your idevice’s recovery mode with one click.

A Couple of Scenarios

Lets say you need to update iOS or restore the device from a backup but iTunes does not recognize your device? Or you’ve installed an iOS update and your device gets stuck in a continuous restart loop?  One click from Reiboot will put your iOS device into recovery mode.

Click the button to start the process.  When your device is successfully recovered, you will see a red iTunes logo on your device’s screen.

Exit Recovery Mode
